The 2017 ITAM-PIER Conference took place at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia on August 24-25. Professors Felipe Meza and Carlos Urrutia attended the conference. Carlos Urrutia presented the paper "Informality, Labor Regulation and the Business Cycle", joint with Gustavo Leyva.
